Coming to the Catalyst Rehabilitation Program at Friendship Haven is the first step in a process that will help clients resume their daily activities to the best of their abilities. Whether clients are treated on an inpatient or outpatient basis, the Catalyst Rehabilitation Program delivers a proactive approach to rapid recovery. Inpatient qualifiers include a three-day hospital stay. Our outpatient program is available to those with orders from their physicians. Both are covered by Medicare, Supplemental Insurance, and/or Private Insurance.
Today, the many graduates of our program are celebrating independence in their own special ways 365 days a year.
